Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: You must start the return process within 5 days of receiving your product.
2. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at justimagine651@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please put return in email subject.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Eligibility Criteria:
- products must be shipped back to us within 3 weeks after the return process has started.
- Damaged or items with removed tags will not be eligible for store credit.
5. Store Credit Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, store credit will be processed promptly.
