Just Imagine does not except in store returns.

Just Imagine online does NOT provide refunds. Only Store Credit or Exchanges

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At justimagine651.com our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order & we thrive off "Quality over Quantity"

    •    Return packages must be received within 14 business days of the date your order shipped from us.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

    •    Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    •    To start a return you must email us at justimagine651@gmail.com or at justimagineladies651@gmail.com with a copy of your purchase

receipt. 

    •    If eligible you will receive a return confirmation number to begin your return process.

    •    A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise by mail.

    •    Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

    •    The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RAM is issued. If merchandise is received after the 14 days cutomer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

    •    Return shipping will not be refunded.

    •    Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchange.

    •    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.

    •    Just Imagine online reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

    •    All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates are final sale.

    •    Any missing packages or damage items must be claim within 2 business days.

    •    Restocking Fee

Just Imagine ONLY offers store credit or exchange. NO Refund is available.

justimagine651.com recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
